Director Colin Trevorrow introduces his film Safety Not Guaranteed during the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, where the film later won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award for Derek Connolly.  Safety Not Guaranteed opens in select theatres on Friday and stars several Sundance alums including Aubrey Plaza, Jake Johnson, and Mark Duplass.
